Tom Leathes, co-founder and CEO of the online used car marketplace Motorway, shares his business advice, in our new video series, My Business Leader Secret. Motorway was founded in 2017 and secured unicorn status in 2021, when investors valued it at more than $1bn. Leathes is a serial entrepreneur but has had to adapt his leadership style as the company scales at pace, he explains.
